What is the Elements concept?

Elior’s brand new range of delicious & nutritious dishes have been developed in collaboration with our dietitians and development chefs to bring you the best ingredients, bursting with flavour to help you lead an energised life.

This vibrant and tantalising new range ‘Elements’ embraces the philosophy and principles of:

  • No unnecessary fats, trans fats/salt/preservatives/undesirable additives or GM ingredients. As we like to say with Elements: #NoaddedBaddies
  • No unnecessary added sugar
  • Created using real ingredients
  • Freshly prepared in our kitchens each day

But why?

In 2017 and beyond, the health benefits of what we are eating will be one of the key motivators in the selection of where our customers will choose to eat. More than six in ten consumers are aiming to eat more healthily, contributing to a healthier positive lifestyle. We have researched and created a delicious range of bright tasty and wholesome recipes to rival the high street.

And how?

Across each quarter we will feature a range of exciting recipes to sit across the day parts- breakfast, Grab & Go, lunchtime – encompassing vegetarian, meat & fish, a refreshing selection of hydration waters and mouth-watering sweet, healthy treats.

Championing some great ingredients like acai, red quinoa, golden linseeds, we bundle them all together to create great tasting, clean, wholesome dishes flavoured by nature.
